Corporate Events

The perfect venue for team building! Motivate and train your employees while engaging them in a variety of different activities.  The farm provides the perfect venue for offsite activities. We can help you customize and theme your event to create a one-of-a-kind experience for your workers and clients. This is also a fun way for your organization to reward employees and entertain clients. Not to mention a visit to the Farm and the fresh outdoors is a great way to relieve stress and encourage a fresh thinking process. Night time events are not encouraged; Mosquitoes are extremely bad on the Farm at dusk and after dark, plus additional fee will be added for extra staff.

Corporate Packages

Private Corn Maze Package

• Use of entire Maze Adventure Area during Corn Maze Season (Mid Sept – Mid Dec)
• Not available General Public hours, Sat 10 am – 5 pm, or Sun 12 pm – 5 pm
• Minimum requirement – 75 guests/$1500.
• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
• Deposit will be applied to total
• A minimum head-count guarantee is due three days prior
• Four-hour event, $100. each additional hour
• Bring in your own food or we can cater event, no grills or fires
• Other entertainment packages available for an additional charge

$20.00 per person and includes the following:

6 acre corn maze 3 acre “Cornfusion” tree maze Labyrinth Rock Maze Mist Maze 60’ Super Slide

First level of Maze Tower Children’s Play Area A group Hayride Country Market Picnic Area/Pavilion Parking

ExtremeAdventure Package

• Use of part of or all of Pavilion, depending on number of guests
• Booking during General Public hours there may be waits for certain activities and services
• Minimum requirement – 50 guests/$700.
• Four-hour event, $100. each additional hour
• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
• Deposit will be applied to total
• A minimum head-count guarantee is due three days prior
• Bring in your own food or we can cater event, no grills or fires

$14.00 per person and includes the following:

Reservation Policy:

• Event dates are on a first come, first served basis.
• Deposits are due at time of reservation or the slot will be made available to other groups.
• Balance to be paid in full on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to visit - Scott's Maze Adventures will refund the deposit amount paid.
• Cancellation within 30 days of visit - No refund will be issued.
• Inclement Weather Policy: If Scott's Maze Adventures closes due to inclement weather the deposit amount will be refunded. Due to unpredictable weather patterns, We do not close due to weather unless there is lightening or it has been raining for 24 hours prior to opening.

Reminders:

• No dates will be reserved with out a deposit
• Please plan a rain date or plan to reschedule in the event of rain
• Some activities are not available during inclement weather
• All Farm guests must follow Scott's Maze Adventures rules
• Group contact is responsible advising group members of rules.
• There is a $500.00 fine for damage or vandalism to our property.
• We are a real working farm
