We welcome groups of 20 plus Tuesdays through Fridays during Maze dates. If less than 20 paying, we hope you will come on a General Public Day (see Schedule) OR you are welcome to pay the “weekday group minimum”.
- No Drop-ins during the week. You MUST have reservations and paid deposits
- Group discounts start with 25 paying guests see “Discounts” below
- All reservations are taken on a first-come first-serve basis
- Deposits are non-refunable
- No food vendors on the weekdays, you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch
- Drinks and snacks are sold in our Market
- These are "group" reservations, everyone starts at the same time
- We work with one leader and one total payment
- Group leader is responsible for group conduct
- Make sure everyone in the group understands our rules and procedures
- Please arrive on time, be considerate of other scheduled groups
- Persons arriving late after the group has entered the maze will be charged regular price
- Your group is scheduled for 4 hours from the time of your reservation, arriving late cuts into your Adventure time
Reservation Process
- Please read Group Reservation procedures, that will help make a stress-free event for everyone.
- Once ‘Date’ & ‘Time’ are decided please fill out our reservation form.
- To check for availability, email reservations@longandscottfarms.com or call 352-383-6900 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
- Once completed reservation form is receive , you will be penciled in and we will email/send you a confirmation form to sign and verify.
- Confirmation forms & deposits must be returned within 3 days of booking to secure your date & time.
- All events are considered tentative until your $164.00 non-refundable deposit is received in our office. That $164.00 deposit will apply to the total amount. This deposit covers the minimum amount required for weekday groups. Please make checks payable to Long & Scott Farms, Inc. Thanks!
Note: If we have not received the deposit, your date & time could be given to another group- Payment in full must be made the day of your event, at the time of your arrival.
- A final headcount is due 3 days before arrival via email. We require this to ensure that everything is ready for your guests.
- Full payment may be made in advance, but no refunds will be given if not all guests are able to attend the event on the day and time for which the reservation was made.
- Note: E-mail me to receive a quicker response, as I am spending most of my time in the Maze Area during the day.
Arrival & Check-in
Your group is scheduled for 4 hours starting at your reservation time, so arriving late cuts into your Adventure time.
Please bear in mind that we are a working farm, and when we schedule groups we bring in extra help. If your group is late it not only inconveniences other Groups but costs us extra money and interferes with our work schedule. Please have everyone arrive ON TIME.
- Be here 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring your signed confirmation with you and check-in will be in the Market
- Bus Drivers can circle in front of the Market to drop off a group and then must park in the grassy field on left going out the entrance
- All other Parking will be in the grass lots off to the left and right entering the Farm and before Market.
- For your children's safety and comfort, we require one adult for every 8 to 10 children at the farm. For maximum enjoyment and safety it would be best to have one adult per 4 to 6 children in the maze(s).
- Separate your group into teams of 4-6 people. An adult must be on each team
- YOU must collect funds before check-in! This is the fastest way to get started on your Farm Adventure. We suggest having each person bring exact change to you before you get to check in.
- Please have exact counts (by children and adults) and money ready before you reach the check-in register.
- ONE Payment for the balance is to be made by the Group Leader, and that can be cash, check or credit card (Master Card, Visa or Discover) Please make checks payable to Long & Scott Farms, Inc. Thanks!
- Go over the Rules and Tips with everyone in your group.
- Group Leaders are responsible for payment and conduct for everyone showing up at the Farm with your group.
- There are no alcoholic beverages allowed on the farm.
- Anyone caught breaking the rules will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
Reservation Cancellations:
- Any cancellation must be received at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. We will refund your all but $20 of your deposit or reschedule within the season if possible.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled reservation.
- If your reservation is cancelled due to weather conditions, you may reschedule your reservation or receive a full refund
- We will reschedule if weather requires your group to leave before completing 2 hours in the Mazes.
- Your group or persons in your group will not be refunded if group members violate any of the rules presented in the maze introduction.
There is a minimum charge of $164.00 for a weekday group (TUESDAYS through FRIDAYS) Those days we concentrate on groups of 20 or more. Please do not call and ask for exceptions! We must bring in staff for all of our groups and need a minimum to cover our costs.
Discounts
The "Maze Adventure Park" discount consists of 3 free adult tickets ($30) per every 25 paying guests**. In order for your group to qualify for this discount;
- you must have 25 or more paying Guests,
- you must have Pre-Registered & paid the $164.00 deposit at least 5 days before event
- you must make a group payment (one transaction) for everyone in your group
**Discount coupons cannot be used in conjunction with group rates**
