2011 Fall Corn Maze

Please complete the food vendor application to participate in Scott’s Maze Adventures weekends.  Return the completed application with a money order, cashier’s check or pay using paypal.  Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and space can not be reserved until the fee is received.  All applications are subject to the approval of Long & Scott Farms. 

Vendor Application

Fall Dates: September 17, 2011 through December 11, 2011 (weekends, plus 11/23 & 11/25)
Fall Hours: Saturdays 10 am-5 pm,  Sundays 12 pm-5 pm

Participation Fee:  10% of net  sales  (corn sales remain separate).
Deposit:  $100 (to be applied towards invoice – refundable if you are not accepted as a vendor).

Fee includes unlimited space in maze area, water, electricity and ice.  Vendors must be set up one hour prior to opening and are responsible for providing all materials and equipment to do business. VENDORS MUST PARTICIPATE EVERY WEEKEND and optional for 11/23 & 11/25 (day before & after Thanksgiving)

Deposit:    $100 (to be applied towards invoice – refundable if you are not accepted as a vendor).
